Built according to the project “CPI” by the Turkish company “Jingilli” office building with an area of ​​23 thousand sq. m on Spasskaya Street in the historical part of Kyiv — Podil. The constructive solution of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The foundations are piles. The external architectural solution is based on the use of aluminum translucent facade glazing systems.
