Title

Reconstruction of the stadium of the Central Sports Club of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Project Description:
The project envisaged the reconstruction of the existing sports complex of the Central Sports Club of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in order to create a modern multifunctional sports center that would meet international standards for holding sports competitions and the training process.

The complex combines a number of key infrastructure facilities:

  • Central Sports Arena with an athletics core and a football field for 11,259 spectators;
  • Underground parking for 656 parking spaces to ensure the convenience of visitors and competition participants;
  • An existing swimming pool, which is integrated into the overall structure of the complex for use by athletes of various disciplines;
  • Training area with the necessary facilities for training, recovery and training of athletes.

Project Goal:
The main goal of the reconstruction isto create a modern sports center, which will ensure a high level of training for military athletes, holding national and international competitions, as well as popularizing sports and a healthy lifestyle among military personnel and civilians.

The project is designed not only to modernize the existing sports facility, but also to make it a center for the development of army sports, increase the prestige of military sports competitions, and strengthen the image of Ukraine as a state that actively supports physical culture and sports.

Architectural concept:
The architectural solution is based on a combination of modern technologies and functionality. It is planned to create an open, dynamic space with effective organization of the flows of spectators and athletes, optimal use of the territory and engineering resources. Special attention is paid to the comfort of the spectator seats, energy efficiency of buildings and environmental improvement of the surrounding area.
