The design was carried out in cooperation with 39 Ukrainian and 24 foreign design organisations. The total area is 24.5 hectares. The planned enterprise will produce Coca-Cola, Fanta and Sprite soft drinks with a total capacity of 3,500,000 litres per day. Запроектовані слідуючі споруди:

• production building with a total area of 47,952 m2;
• administrative and residential, 4-storey building with a total area of 984 m2;
• engineering networks and structures;
• three truck parking areas with 150 spaces;
• 1.25 km long access road.

The factory complex will provide approximately 770 jobs.
