Meeting of the working group on preparations for the round table discussion on the topic: ‘Fortifications: current state, improvement tasks and ways to address them’
On 11 February 2019, a meeting of the working group was held at the Central Design Institute of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine with the participation of the President of the Academy of Construction of Ukraine, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Ivan Nazarenko, Director of Production at the Central Design Institute of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, Mykola Baranovsky, Head of the Department of the National University of Water Management and Nature Resources Use, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Yevhen Babych, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering Serhii Filypchuk, a meeting of the working group was held to prepare for a round table on the topic: ‘Fortifications: status, improvement tasks and ways to solve them.’
The round table meeting will take place at the premises of the State Enterprise of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine ‘Central Design Institute’ on 19 February 2019.
The round table will be attended by leaders of the Ukrainian Academy of Construction, the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, relevant structural units of the Ministry of Defence and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as leaders and specialists from design and research institutes, higher education institutions, and the construction industry of Ukraine.
